ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTWe are currently hiring a full-time and a part time administration assistant for a fast paced insurance office.
As an administrative assistant you will assume the receptionist duties as well as perform the clerical needs of the agent.
You will be the point of reference for all questions, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the agency team.
Responsibilities:
Organize and set agent appointmentsAnswer phone calls, assist walk-in clients, process customer service requests, and assist with cross-selling insurance and financial productsHelp customers with all aspects of billing Provide clients, banks, and title companies with proof of insuranceCollect membership paymentsAny and all other duties assigned by managementRequired Skills:
Must be detail-orientedPossess strong customer service skillsExcel in time management and have the ability to prioritize workBe a self-starterAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyProficiency in MS OfficeIntegrity and ProfessionalismExcellent written, verbal and telecommunication skillsInsurance license preferredBilingual speaking ability is a plusABOUT USFor over 75 years, Texas Farm Bureau has served as the Voice of Texas Agriculture.
