Duties We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Our goal is to Increase and grow our Client base for Homecare.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including sales support and face to face Healthcare visits, print advertising, SEO optimization, Google analytics, WordPress management, e-commerce development, performance marketing, analytics tracking, copywriting, and email marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns -Conduct Visits and build professional relationships to Health Agencies for Referrals - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends - Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, website blogs, and email newsletters - Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings - Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased conversion rates - Assist in the development of print advertising materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials - Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials and strategies - Manage the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging - Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales - Track and analyze performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or related field - Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques - Proficient in print advertising strategies and design principles - Experience with SEO optimization techniques and tools - Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms - Proficient in WordPress management and development - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies - Experience with performance marketing campaigns and tracking metrics - Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with email marketing best practices If you are a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth through innovative strategies, we would love to hear from you.
