The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Recruit, train, staff, and supervise retail staff in all areas of products and stores.
- Develop, manage and maintain a schedule for employees, and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles - Manage Day to Day activities - Manage the store's inventory and purchasing processes - Maintain and enhance the store's visual appearance - Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning -Seek ways to better promote the store product line and service within the store -Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
-Develop and Implement cross-training of employees and assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.
-Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar managerial role - Strong leadership and customer service skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of retail management software - Availability to work flexible hours Job Type:
