Retail Sales Associate Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with store management tasks as needed, such as inventory management and merchandising, including physical and online - Stay up-to-date on current market trends and product knowledge - Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management - Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products -Assist with staffing needs, motivating team to hit sales goals, training, and other task as they arise -Assist in social media management -Assist in modeling and photography needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to work well in a team environment
