Responsibilities:
Meet patient consultations to discuss patient goals and provide information regarding surgical and non-surgical procedures and treatment options Make recommendations regarding procedures, as directed by the Physician Book patients for surgeries and procedures Assist in pre-operative preparation and post-operative follow-up care
Experience:
Busy plastic surgery practice is seeking a sales consultant with a proven track record of excellence.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a similar cosmetic/plastic surgery environment.
An outgoing, positive personality is an absolute must.
We seek an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed pre-determined sales quotas.
The ability to muyltitask is essential.
A polished appearance and professional demeanor are both MUSTS.
Ability to connect with our patients and build strong relationships are key points to your success.
You must be comfortable working within a hourly base pay plus commission pay structure.
Unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Only applicants with applicable sales experience will be considered.
Knowledge and background in aesthetics, cosmetic plastic surgery procedures, non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and skin care treatments Must be open to being trained Able to make a SALE, effective communicator Exceptional customer service skills Able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail Available to work Monday-Friday with flexibility for longer days, willing to work overtime Note:
