Modern office setting Food provided We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and helping customers find the right products for their needs.
They will also be responsible for ringing up purchases, processing returns, and managing inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Provide customers with product information and answer questions about products.
Demonstrate use of products to customers.
Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and interests.
Operate cash registers, scanners, and other related equipment.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
