MUST HAVE Strong selling and interpersonal skills Ability to educate and motivate Ulta and Sephora Experience is required Planning, execution and organizational skills Determination to provide the best customer experience Flexible schedule WEEKEND AVAILABILITY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and build retail sales at store level Build in-store relationships with staff and management Educate store teams and provide on-the-floor trainings Recruit new customers and provide exceptional customer service Hit sales per hour (standard SPH $150 an hr) ABOUT BEAUTYBIO Female-owned, people-minded, BeautyBio strives to empower through skincare because we believe beauty can change the world one confidence boost at time.
