PMI Alliance is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our growing team.
The Assistant Community Manager will assist the Community Association Manager(s) and Portfolio Manager(s) to organize and complete the required daily activities of the associations assigned to their portfolio.
This position may require occasional attendance at evening or weekend board meetings, or other association or management functions.
Assistant Community Managers require a diverse skillset and strong people skills.
You will be working closely with our Customer Support Team, Onsite Community Manager(s) and Portfolio Manager(s) to manage multiple large and small homeowner associations on behalf their boards of directors.
You will be directly interacting with homeowners on a regular basis to assist them with any problems, questions, or concerns, and provide the board of directors with important information they need to make smart decisions for their communities.
To be successful at this role, you need to highly organized, flexible, have strong verbal and written communication skills, possess a proactive approach to dealing with problems, and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful conditions.
Candidates should be comfortable with all aspects of customer service and have strong computer and phone skills.

This is a Full-Time position in the DFW Metroplex (proximity to the Irving / Las Colinas areas are preferred, but not required).
Industry designations are a plus.

Responsibilities Assist the Community Association Manager(s), Portfolio Manager(s) and Customer Service Team by responding to phone and email inquiries from homeowners and board members in a timely and professional manner.
Manage individual account information with the utmost confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation, solicitation, and presentation of vendor bids.
Assist in the monitoring of maintenance programs and projects.
Assist in the processing of association budgets, preparation of association taxes, insurance renewals, and other recurring tasks on a recurring basis.
Daily use of company software (CINC), Word and Excel documents for communication, organization and detailed follow-through.
Perform onsite property compliance inspections, as needed.
Perform additional tasks, as necessary.
Qualifications Must be a Team Player - PMI is a family, not a reality show! Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and solid attendance.
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
Possess the ability to learn quickly and to use all available resources to find solutions.
Ability (and desire) to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task well, and rapidly adjust to shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Industry designations (CMCA) strongly preferred, but not required for this position.

years of customer service or property management experience.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience with community management software is a plus.
Experience with CINC Systems association management software is highly desired.
