Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essential duties and responsibilities 1.
Document all phone conversations regarding criminal and civil matters.
2.
Compose or assist in the composition of court documents.
3.
Prepare purchase orders.
4.
Prepare monthly activity reports for both state and county offices.
5.
Document all contacts with respect to criminal and civil matters.
6.
Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer; input and retrieve date and text; organize and maintain disc storage and filing.
7.
Compose or assist in the composition of correspondence.
8.
Order and maintain office supplies 9.
Organize and maintain filing systems, maintain records related t specific area of assignment.
Must be able to effectively operate a variety of office equipment including:
personal computer spreadsheet and word processing programs, computer storage and retrieval systems, calculator, fax and typewriter.
Ability to:
1.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, co-workers, and general public.
2.
Must be able to meet and deal effectively with the general public.
3.
Work independently in the absence of supervision.
High school diploma required.
One to three years experience in related field preferred.
